Victoria Road School

Grampian Housing Association acquired the site of the former Victoria Road School in June 2019 from Aberdeen City Council (ACC) following invitations for competitive bids. We are currently waiting for an announcement from ACC on grant availability for 2024/25. This follows the Scottish Government’s announcement on a cut to the development programme funding. We are continuing to try to ways to fund the development for social housing. This includes a phased approach and/or possible partnership working.
